Simultaneously, property ventures were initiated in Ipoh, highlighted by philanthropic contributions to "Our Lady's Hospital."
Afterwards, City Motors Sdn Bhd was Incorporated in 1965 which marked the Alfa Romeo era, securing sole distributorship for Alfa Romeos in Asia and supplying to the Royal Malaysian Police Force. Motor racing promotion followed, which expanded to Singapore in 1968.
Subsequent endeavors included rejuvenating the plywood industry, plantation investments, and overseas property development in Hong Kong. The Kinta Medical Center was established in 1980, replacing "Our Lady Hospital." Township development commenced in 1991 with Taman Nirwana's City Garden Orchid Court.
