Peridot Group was established in 2011 by a team of dynamic directors who bring with them extensive expertise in architectural consulting, property and construction, as well as the engineering industry.
Serving as mentors and chairman of Peridot Group, Dato’ Ng Kee Leen and Mr. Lai Moo Chan are distinguished former Presidents of the Master Builders Association Malaysia, boasting over four decades of experience in the property and construction sector.
Peridot Group is currently under the dedicated leadership of Mr. Ng Keong Wee as Managing Director, Mr. Eric Lai Wee Meng as Executive Director, Mr. Ethan Lai Wee Sheng as Project Director, and their capable team. They are committed to aggressively pursuing business opportunities and delivering exceptional projects to the community.
Fueled by a profound passion for the construction field, the company's primary focus lies in three main areas of development: residential, industrial, and commercial.
Peridot Group has a proven track record of successfully completing and delivering projects such as Creste at Puncak Jalil, Nusa Tropika at Ampang Ukay, Taman Nilam at Banting, and PRIME, among others. Notably, PRIME, an award-winning project, received the Highly Commended award in the Industrial development category from the Asia Pacific Property Award 2015-2016.
