1.) Menara KEN TTDI - 2017 [TTDI, Kuala Lumpur]
Menara KEN TTDI is a green building that has received multiple platinum awards for its sustainable design. It prioritizes natural light and incorporates energy-efficient features like a zoned air-conditioning system to create efficient work and leisure spaces.
The tower is designed to promote work-life balance, offering column-free office suites and rooftop amenities such as a gym, pool, and sky bar. In addition, it will house dining options, a ballroom, function spaces, a performing arts theater, and an art gallery.
2.) KEN Rimba - 2012 to 2018 [Shah Alam, Selangor]
KEN Rimba, Malaysia's pioneering green township, incorporates innovative design principles like wind-flow orientation and a breathable roof system to create homes that prioritize comfort and energy efficiency. These sustainable properties have garnered numerous local and regional awards in the field of green building. KEN Rimba and its various developments have set impressive sustainability benchmarks.
KEN Rimba Commercial Centre, the first BCA Green Mark Certified commercial center in Malaysia, was completed in 2013, featuring 109 freehold double-storey and triple-storey shophouse units with build-up areas ranging from approximately 1,800 to 2,800 square feet.
KEN Rimba Legian Residences, completed in 2012, boasts the BCA Green Mark Gold award and the FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2014-Sustainable Development Category, among other accolades. This development consists of 328 freehold double-storey terrace units with build-up areas of around 1,800 to 2,200 square feet.

3.) KEN Bangsar - 2009 [Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur]

4.) KEN Aman - 2003 to 2007 [Seri Kembangan, Selangor]
The KEN Aman township is a redevelopment initiative encompassing a 22-acre plot located in Seri Kembangan. The project consists of 46 units of three-storey shoplots, which were introduced in 2003, as well as 29 freehold units of two and a half storey terrace homes launched in 2007.
Additionally, the project involved the relocation of 650 families to the revamped KEN Aman township, showcasing a comprehensive urban revitalization effort.
5.) KEN Damansara - 2002 to 2008 [SS 2, Petaling Jaya]
The KEN Damansara Trilogy's attractiveness stems from its affordability and value proposition.
The first installment, KEN Damansara 1, debuted in 2000 and promptly met the demand for affordable condominiums in the area. It was delivered 10 months ahead of schedule and priced thoughtfully to ensure capital gains for buyers. KEN Damansara 2, launched in 2004, offered larger units with improved features, including reinforced concrete walls and conventional brick wall columns in its penthouses for added flexibility. The trilogy's third and most budget-friendly component, KEN Damansara 3, was introduced in 2005.
