There are 2 variants of semi-detached homes at Raintree Garden, namely Type A and Type B. Both are 2-storey homes with built-up spaces of 3,300 sf, but differ in terms of layout design. Type A has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms while Type B offers 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Needless to say, the homes are ample to fit a family of any size. They also have wide porches, giving them a welcoming appearance and also make them seem larger than they are.
Upon the launch of Raintree Garden, the homes were priced at RM700,000. Within a short span of a few years, their value has increased tremendously, with subsale prices, as of 2016, starting from RM2.98 million. Most of the homes are also occupied, with few to none being available for rent.
