In 1982, the founders embarked on their journey in the timber industry with Tanah Emas Telupid Sdn Bhd. However, after four years, driven by environmental concerns, they made a conscientious shift towards a greener and more sustainable sector, opting for oil palm plantation activities in 1986.
A decade of dedicated work in oil palm cultivation and processing led to the company's listing on the 2nd board of Bursa Malaysia, operating under the name Tanah Emas Corporation Berhad. In 2009, their persistence bore fruit as Tanah Emas Corporation Berhad was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia with a fresh identity, known as Golden Land Berhad.
Today, after an incredible 36-year journey, the founders recognized an opportunity to extend their caring and nurturing values from the plantation industry to the property sector. They aspire to offer their services to a broader community, believing that their genuine concern for people and the environment will continue to drive the delivery of high-quality products and services.

1.) D'SINI Residences - 2026 [Setia Alam, Shah Alam]
This development is strategically located in Shah Alam, Selangor, offering a freehold tenure on a land parcel measuring approximately 3.59 acres. It encompasses a mixed-use development consisting of service apartments and retail spaces.
The residential component comprises Tower A, which houses 259 units across 35 storeys, and Tower B, featuring 241 units spread across 33 storeys. As of its current status, the project is open for registrations, with a target completion date set for 2026.
2.) Golden Gateway - 2021 [Batu Kawan, Penang]
